I poured different colours in a circle in the middle of a plastic sheet, then placed an 8" x 8" canvas board which I had already covered with white paint, upside down on to the paint and pressed it carefully before slowly removing it. I used a cocktail stick to create a tatty looking Oriental Poppy.
