Sculpture of a Moose

Norway Today

Today I had to take a long drive to get hold of a new passport. The waiting list in Oslo is extremely long, so I had to go far to get one. The closest is about 2 hours drive, and with the snow heavily falling it was not a pleasure at all. I went to a small place called Elverum, and I knew about a place they called Elgstua (Moose Cabin) where they serve very good food. Outside I also knew they had a statue of a moose, so I brought my camera with me to get a photo. If course I had wished for better weather, but at least it is showing how a part of Norway looked like today. Not a bad day after all, because I got a new passport, a lovely lunch at the Moose Cabin and some photos.
