In separate pots I mixed various shades of green acrylic paint with PVA glue and a drop of silicone oil and a pot of white paint, then poured a little from each colour into another pot and flipped this on to an 8" x 8" canvas block which I had coated with white paint. I moved the canvas around to create shapes, also blowing through a straw and tweaking with a cocktail stick to help.
