Birds - Photography (a) Contest Entry
Two Ruddy Shelducks swimming on the river in Chitwan National Park in Nepal. Nepal is home to almost 9% of the world's bird species and many of them are found in the Chitwan National Park. I was in a canoe and floating down the river with a guide. We saw approximately 50 species of birds in a 2 hour window of time in the early morning. It was beautiful with the mist rising from the water. Taken with my Pentax K3 and 70-200mm lens.
