First of all, I did the woman. I used 10 layers for her face and two for her hair. The arms and legs took a total of approximately 12 layers. Then, I did a separate layer for the watch casing. I used three layers for this, one for the main colour, one for lines, and then duplicated the layer to use a filter on one of them. I used the 'difference clouds' layer. I also added another layer using a textured pen to add some more colour to the watch and then used the gaussian blur filter on it. After this, I did the watch case much in the same fashion as the watch casing. Then, I put in the glass on the watch with a green colour and used the glass filter on it and changed the transparency. I put in the time in roman numerals using the 'text tool'. It took a few layers or more because I had to use 'move tool' to position the roman numerals. After that, I did the 'minutes' in little lines. The 'minutes' took a lot of time because I had to use a special tool to draw in the circle and it was more difficult than the other circles to do because it had to fit in correctly.
