I made further adjustments to the hand and foot upon helpful suggestions from my FAR reviewers. Thanks ever so much. I think it looks much better.

I do not consider myself a portrait artist and I really find drawing figures to be a real challenge. This contest and a request by a friend to draw her baby girl inspired me to step way out of my comfort zone. I would love to develop the ability to create details like those of Linda Bickston, Artbandit19, or Kevin Willams. And I know the only way to do so is to keep trying. So this my first attempt to create a portrait of a baby. I wanted it to be a fun experience so I thought a baby at play might just be the opportunity to stretch my abilities. This piece was created using pastels on paper. I am eager to hear your thoughts and criticisms. Thanks.
