I chose this beautiful Iris for the flower contest. It is a Mixed Media creation. I added a bit of embossing on a 60% transparency overlay. Since I didn't have any Iris leaves I borrowed them from another image and arranged them then pasted them with the Iris. As I looked at the leaves I thought they needed a little more curl so I used the distortion filter before I pasted them.The background was replaced with a turquoise and light yellow gradient and I used the radial filter to give it some texture.
