Birth of Our Galaxy



The endless void of all that's His
In eons long long past
The creative hand of HE Who Is
Began our home at last




The ancient dust from ancient stars
Though all were long since dead
Formed a Galaxy we call Ours
To which we all were led




A billion stars in spiral trains
So vast and in the end
Leaves our minds wrapped tight in chains
Too much to comprehend




Birth and death the way of things
The scale small and large
And so with nature as it sings
With He Who Is in charge




Thus a place for us was made
Free souls to roam the land
The perfect plan was Holy laid
Thanks to the Makers hand
