This is a photo I took of my Grandmother Charlotte and my Granddaughter Charlotte. My grandma was about 90 when this photo was taken and she was so excited to hold her namesake for the first time. This was the first time she had seen and held her since my daughter lived far away at the time. My grandma absolutely adored her first great, great-granddaughter. The picture is far from perfect, my grandma was in an assisted living, on oxygen and always sat in this chair so I didn't have many options. I love this picture though and am getting a copy for my granddaughter. This photo was taken in 2013, my grandma passed away in 2017 but got to know 2 of her great-granddaughters who still talk about her :) It's a photo I will always treasure.
