I saw this beautiful Double Daylily ( a Daylily with extra petals) among a lot of dead blossoms. l thought it looked like fireworks the way the petals were arranged. I set out to make a mixed media of the flower. I really can't remember all the things I id to it. I just go with the flow. The flow on this piece took over a week to create. I did add a couple of extra petals but the rest is the daylily the way I found it. I hope I brought out all the lovely features in fireworks form and you enjoy the image.
