I thought about how faith often changes as you grow from child to adult. I have tried to incorporate a mix. A child's body but a face perhaps out of chilhood but not yet adult. The simple pray I think is full of innocence. Its a prayer I was taught by my grandmother and I said it every night for years and years. Never to be forgotten.
Father we thank Thee for the night,
And for the pleasant morning light,
For rest and food and loving care
And all that made this day so fair.
Help us to do the things we should
To be to others kind and good
In all we do at work or play to grow more loving every day.
