Black and White Photo Contest Contest Entry

These are poolside lounge chairs at a resort in Mexico. I thought they would take on a nice abstract look if I shot them at a low angle to get a sense of depth and yet keep the textures of the material. They were already a very dark color so it did not take much to render into black and white. Images like this are all around us. We simply need to be open to seeing what is right in front of us.
