This is actually a tea timer. If you use tea bags, the timeglass With green sand will give the strongest tea. It will take 5 minutes before the sand has gone through. The two others will take 4 and 3 minutes. It was sitting together With quite a selection of tea bags on a breakfast table, and I think it looks quite pretty.
