Using watercolours this started as a practice session. I did a water wash and added blue to top half and let it spread then yellow to the bottom quarter. I let it dry then mixed a dark purple and with a very wet brush splodged in the rocks and then a white sun. Dried again and sprayed with water then added the sky colours and water reflections. Once dry I could have left it however I am a detail person so started to fiddle with detail. I was quite satisfied but felt it needed life so hence the figures. The scene is a bay near Albefare in Portugal. It is almost sundown and a fisherman is going down to beach catch. He will probably be joined later. It's a great hobby here and the Fishermen will stay until dawn.
