I heard some small honeyeaters in the flowering gum outside our front door but as I got there with camera the bully boys of honeyeaters were swooping and cleared the tree. They live in the huge tree next to the flowering gum and think they should have total access to the flowers although the Rainbow Lorikeets will usually ignore them the smaller New Holland and White Plumed Honeyeaters aren't as brave to make a stand.
