Painted this with a acrylic paint from a photo I took of a bird silhouette sitting on a branch, surrounded by leaves. The photo is cool so I thought I'd paint it for this contest. Painted grey backdrop (which was a house in the photo) then sketched it out in pencil.
Used black and white paints.
The photo was complete black like a silhouette but for this I wanted some texture so that's where the varied tones came in.
