Macro Photos Contest Entry

It's that dragonfly time of year! I love it. This Blue Dasher followed me all around the yard today as I transplanted plants from one bed to the other, planted new seedlings, deadheaded, you name it. He followed me to each and every plant I stopped at. Finally, when I was finished, I picked up the camera and he was a great model. I shot him from every angle, always trying to get the shot that is different from all the rest. Taken with my Canon EOS 60D and a 60mm macro lens, no tripod, no flash.
