I used the Paint program on my computer to create this artwork showing two partially seen people dressed up for a 'Special Occasion'. The female is pinning a corsage on the male's tuxedo. She also has a frilly bracelet on her left wrist. Perhaps they are dressed up to attend a (an): Awards Ceremony, Wedding, Anniversary Celebration, Engagement Party, Dance, Concert, Ballet, Broadway Show, etc. Take your pick as to what the 'Special Occasion' is. It's so nice to go all out and get 'dressed to the nines' once in a while. Hopefully we all can get back to normal in-person celebrations and to attending events once this pandemic calms down.
