If you ever travel the Blue Ridge Mountains every now and then you will come across some old cabins or even some old mills like this one. Sometimes I just wonder how it was back in those days when more than likely you probably traveled on horseback to get to the general merchandise store to buy the things that you needed. Boy have things changed over the years. Do you think that we would have ever made it. Now days you just get in your car or truck and go a few blocks and get almost anything that you need.
