The spaulding urbanization and the pursuit of suitable housing is finding a new way to accommodate the social and cultural needs. The modern townhomes are built for people to live in and have offices/business on the lower level.
Something like that was invented in Europe long time ago and it is becoming trendy in the US, during last ten years or so, and it growing. Somehow similar developments is happening with the single homes; having double purpose functions - even before current pandemic.

The photograph is showing the fairly new urban development to accommodate growing city demand for housing. The development in the foothills, previously too expensive is becoming feasible now.

The shadow of a large cloud that just dropped some significant water is hanging over the townhomes and the new rainbow has been formed in the sky. As we say: ?After the storm there is a rainbow?.
