The colours on this island of Culatra can be amazing anytime of day. This is early evening. The sun is saturating the beach whilst suspicious darkening of the sky seems more weather than night approaching. The old tall ship is at anchor waiting for servicing before their trip to Dakata whilst the seagulls gather knowing the fishing boats will soon be returning with their catch... .

This was taken last year, as we sat having sundowners on the terrace of our local bar cafe. Perfection.
