We have all been lost in our own head, trapped in our own mind, even in our own body. This is what I imagined that it would look like if we had to picture what that would look like. Like jail. Sometimes we?re so trapped within our own thoughts and minds that we feel like we can?t break free or get out. Or you could see it as your soul feeling trapped and can?t break free. Either way, this is Trapped!
