I strongly that music can heal the soul. I use music to deal with my mental health issues, when I?m sad, angry or just want to have fun. Music fits in at any time, with any mood and for any occasion. Literally! Music can speak for us. Says what we want to say but can?t. Music tells stories. Music heals. I call it ?musical medication? because it can help you threw anything. That is if you believe in the music!
