There are 100 Billion (100 Thousand Million) galaxies in the observable universe.

Our galaxy the Milky Way is a medium size spiral galaxy that is 100,000 light years across and contains 100 Billion stars. Lots of stars.

The largest observable galaxy is a globular galaxy IC 1101. It is 6 Million lightyears across and contains 100 Trillion (100 Thousand Billion) stars. Now THAT is a lot of stars.

To think that None of these stars have planets orbiting them is not very likely. Most assuredly there are planets with oceans similar to this one. Perhaps this is a sneak preview of what is OUT THERE.
