Winter Art Contest Entry 
Some. I resized and did more work on the tree in Photoshop. I had closely observed how the bark on Hickory & Oak trees looked many times, and the nuts several times, in our back yard and nearby. I pencil drew a squirrel in detail in my sketchbook; then, I sketched and painted a snow scene and a squirrel with his stache in the hollow of an oak tree, illustrating that it was prepared for winter. Hope you enjoy this acrylic painting on acrylic paper.
