Mixed Media: Minor | The ceramics on the table I photographed are as follows: two of my four-set strawberry cannister set. The ceramic set was a gift that years back a church member created, and I think fired in a kiln, etc. The two apple cannisters from a three-part set, for smaller storage, were purchased. When my older son, Gregory, was about five, he sculpted the orange ceramic for a nut bowl, baked, painted and glazed it. At the same age he also drew and colored the Sesame Street character, Burt, and later drew comic cartoons, and did other artwork. I'm aware that many of the artists on FAR have produced fine art since young ages. I am inspired by artists using their God-given gifts to inspire others.
