Sculptures! Contest Entry
This is Clara Edna Morse Latshaw - know only locally for her dedication to obtaining private lands in the early 1900's to be developed into public parks for her hometown. She lived from 1856 to 1926. This beautiful bronze statue of her is situated in Mineral Palace Park, Pueblo Colorado. Land she procured through donation for others to enjoy. It is especially beautiful here in the springtime when the apple blossoms are at full peak.
