Blue jays come all the time to our backyard. We like to feed them peanuts in the shell, also we give them seeds like sunflower seeds, occasionally we give them some peanut butter balls with peanuts and sesame seeds in them. I make these myself and we put them out on a stick and they come and peck at them. The cardinals like them too.
