I started this awhile back but got frustrated with it so I set it aside for awhile. I recently finished it. I used Photoshop, Corel Painter, Topaz Studio and Blender to create this digital work. The great gray owl is the largest of the owl species. In this image it's on a stump as the sun is beginning to rise from behind.
