I originally began before digital cameras were available and used to develop my own black and white photos - a digital camera plus computer is a LOT easier and quicker!

Wildlife Photo Contest Contest Winner

A two hour trek through the rain forest up the side of a volcano in Rwanda was well worth the effort when this is what you get to see! We were allowed only one hour viewing the troop of 17 wild Mountain Gorillas and that hour seemed to pass in a flash. It was the most wonderful experience! This is one of the infants, getting a free ride on his mum's back - I loved that he was looking straight at me!
