Summer Photograph Contest Entry

Summer for me is watching the local bucks and watching their developing antlers, by the end of August into mid September their antlers will have hardened and they will shed the protective outer membrane commonly referred to as *velvet*. Took this photo a few days ago of two of our local bucks, the early morning light highlighting their antlers; the bigger buck is Vader, now 4 years old; this will be his third year as an 8 point buck.
