Man Impacted Landscape - Art Contest Entry

Crossing wide and vast oceans the land embarked upon usually was always built first. There are many reasons why landscape near water was built upon. I believe it was mainly impacted by man because those crossing across the ocean were just too darn tired to go inland anymore. So the homesteads were created. Another reason was if spouses fought or found a new love they could escape quickly. Open seas of new freedom. ;)
