Tattoos Contest Entry
Since it is almost St. Patrick?s day, I thought I might represent the other side of the story.
Corra, was the inspiration for this tattoo design.
" Corra, Great Serpent Goddess of Ireland and Scotland whose name is almost forgotten today, called forth the serpents of life, death, and rebirth to twine the magic of eternity around the lives of our ancestors."(Wordpress.com)
"Corra is of the earth and yet She can also transform into a crane, symbolizing the transformation of body to spirit on our journey through the great circle of life." (Feminismandreligion.com)
Hope you enjoy!
