A slow shutter speed for milky look

The other day I posed a shot of this waterfall with a shutter speed of 1/2,000. Some wanted to see a more milky appearance which is more typical. So I happened to shoot this very same sight with many different camera setting. In this case the shutter speed was 1/6 second with ISO 100. Which one do you prefer?
