| This image was inspired by the first family photo of parents welcoming their baby into the world. I start by making a basic blocking sketch of what I want the scene to look like, then I process that scene and my descriptions through midjourney. From there, I refine and rewrite the prompt until I get closer to what I want. Then I make additions and edits by digitally altering the image using iColoroama.

I have always been a mixed media artist. With the introduction of AI, I have been playing around with combining my handmade analog work with my digital painting and photo editing and then running my creations through midjourney to teach the engine my preferred personal styles. Midjourney also allows me to experiment by blending my photographs, paintings, and mixed media collages.

I start by making a basic blocking sketch of what I want the scene to look like, then I process that scene and my descriptions through midjourney. From there, I refine and rewrite and create many different versions of the scene. Then I pick my favorite and make additions and edits by digitally altering the image using iColoroama.
