Urbanism Photography Contest Entry

taken a few weeks ago at a street carnival celebrating flowers in spalding in the uk,the carnival restarted last year after a 10 year break,this years theme was movies,must admit though its was not as good as years ago when i last went,and although it attracted thousands of people who lined the streets of the large town i probarly will not go again.
