Snettisham is a village on the coast of the Wash in Norfolk England. Large flocks of birds of many species gather there. This painting depicts the Mumeration of Starlings that rise in great numbers and dance in the sky. The tide is out and the mudflats are showing, reflections, blue sky, and flying birds. painted 2016.
