A beautifully composed shot with most peculiar crepuscular rays emanating from the clouds. An eye catching shot that would have made an outstanding cover for Rushdie's "Satanic Verses".

The Minaret rising in silhouette out of the darkness below, while the sun is streaming down through the clouds with rays of light radiating around the Minaret. Artistic composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Amazing capture here,,love the clouds, the dark rays are cool, the dark tower and landscape is cool,,this is like an awe moment,,,very nice and can look at this for a long time contemplating life

Excellent symbolism, strong image with that silhouette and placed into tall format. Have you tried this in high contrast b/w?

Thoughtful composition, it works.

Strong emotive element (for me) sends a chill down my spine.
