I really like images like this. I think the combination of frozen water and flowing water is super attractive. Getting that silky texture to the water is not a particularly easy thing to do while you are also trying to capture sharp detail of the surrounding ice, but I think you managed it pretty well :)

A gorgeous shot of the winter scene of the flowing water. Good camera techniques and I like your slow shutter speed making the water have that silky appearance. Very well photographed with good lighting, sharp focus, revealing good details in your image. Outstanding work and thanks for sharing.

Aptly captured for the contest theme...
Excellent choice of subject.
An interesting initial impact.
A closer shot would have framed more the softly captured cascading waters...
An artistic rendition. Monochromatic colors. Excellent details & features. Impressive setting & textures.
Impressive entry. Potential voters choice...
Good perspective & long depth of field...
Thanks for sharing...

This is a very impressive capture. The ice looks indeed like a curtain made from exquisite lace. The water looks like silk falling down. The ice frames the small stream of water nicely. The photo shows well defined details and the texture of the ice perfectly. The photo is well composed balanced and framed.

This is awesome! I love the way the ice around the flowing water has formed curtains and are framing the falls, I like the patterns in the ice ! This is well focused , the image is clear, exposure is pretty good, colors and tones are natural. Well composed and presented, a good entry for this contest! Best wishes to you!

Interesting image with many "connotations" in meaning. Feels a bit overexposed on my monitor and could possibly be pulled down just a little. Nice capture of the flowing water against the frozen frame of the ice. Good colors. well seen and captured.

A very fine shot. Your perspective is perfect and the longish shutter speed gives nice flow to the water. The ice is shown in meticulous detail. A beautiful composition that should be hard to beat in this contest.
