Love this Daphne very suitable colouring to attract the kids. Interesting your history on this. Will it get published? I hope so. Is it in English?. Would love a copy. I also had probs with publishers for a friend now in his 80s. Wrote a scientific book on challenging Einstein's theory in relativity in time travel. .. long story and on going... congratulations on your 3rd place with this. Xx

Thank you so much! Yes I hope it yet has a destiny! I am putting a lot of time into trying to create a video merely as a marketing tool to agents, as children's books are so hard to market to National Publishers. I am changing a few things, even my author name to distinguish the new version from the ill-fated original version. Also since Rodrigo Rey Rosa used my name, Daphne Oberon, in his horrid film even though I asked him not to, I don't want to use the name Oberon for a children's story. I have so many points to sue Rodrigo for, but not the resources to go after a wealthy world celebrity and Traveler... I will email you a copy of the Video cover shortly. I have been so busy with this project that I have not yet entered the new edits into my memoir, but I plan to do this as soon as I wrap this up. I have too many irons in the fire! Thanks so much for your sweet review -- how are you?? Daphne

Well good luck with all. You deserve your success. I am good now, had much asthma probs but settled at moment. Travelled back to Portugal this week. Reopened studio was 6 months closed. Our trimaran broke mooring and is on the road. Much wind can't rescue her until wind goescfown. Much to see to at thistime.

My goodness -- so sorry about your boat! Take a photo for sure. My father's first boat sank in a storm and 4 people drowned... Hope all works out okay... Take care, Daphne

Hi Daphne, I'm SO sorry to hear about your publishing dilemma . This image is delightful! I know if I were a child it would capture my attention immediately. I'm sure the story behind the image is just as just enchanting. Love the look of this with the lovely birds seeming to
perch above the clouds. Very Pretty and a REAL JOY to view! An absolute six in my book! Congrats on your 3rd place win!:o) Nancy

This is a great cover for a children's book with so many lovely pastel colors in the scene. The birds and butterflies are very attractive and the textured background design looks inviting too.

is a grand depiction of delightful birds, gathering on such a pretty tree. it has a mystic vibe and very lovely in the choice of pastel shades. hopefully everything will be settled in the other capacity. it does seem like another magical project, that unfortunately has not seen the light of day. such a grand scheme and the delightful butterflies are another strong feature.

How strange, I missed this completely -- never saw it come in -- not even a notation on the six star rating in my messages. Thanks a lot! Let us hope it turns out to have a successful future -- having paid its due a lot of bad luck in the past. You know, I didn't write it because I had any interest in Ancient Messoamerican culture, I wrote it because a promotional expert told me that if I wanted to break into the literary field as an unknown, I should stick to topics close to my experience. Since I grew up in Mexico, I thought I would try this. But then it turns out that the indigenous peoples as well as those of mixed ethnicity do not like anyone of European decent writing about their culture. Then Trump came upon the scene and made racial tensions vastly worse. And to boot, a class of bombastic Americans have set themselves up as judges on the culture with big fancy websites making the temperature on the topic rise even more. Wouldn't it be wonderful if instead of landing in this hotbed of social lava my little story could cool the topic down a bit, sliding between the bubbling streams so to speak to present a different face. Weird allegory there, but you know what I mean... V PS, funny, Victoria Auberon, initials, VA, Veteran's Administration -- huh! Is oddly fitting somehow after ministering to my wacky veteran parents....
