I think that those are aquatic plants, perhaps some flowering duckweed.
Your photo is well focused and exposed and has good depth. The flowers seem to grow toward us. Their diagonal presentation pleases the eyes of the viewers. I appreciate the realism of color and light and the refinement of textures and detail. The tight framing is adequate. The composition is balanced.
