What an excellent presentation of this beautifully colored flower! The dark background is perfect and really allows those pink colors to pop. The use of light presents some fine depth and allows the textures on the petals to stand out. Well shot Jodi!

This flower is gorgeous. The shades of pink are fascinating. The PoV is exquisite because this angle amplifies the light reflexes and the shadows at the petals. Your photo is perfect focused and exposed and has good depth. The mixed media is carefully applied and adequate. I enjoy the realism of color and light and the refinement of detail and textures. The dark background emphasizes the colors of the petals. The tight square framing is sufficient. The mixed media is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.
