You did a very clear capture of this M-o-u-s-e. I cannot endure the sight of these rodents and apologize. I will go pray when my husband has to deal with one if it is where it shouldn't be.

Glena,
This is NOT a House Mouse or a Rat it's a tiny Wild Wood Mouse. It would run away if it caught sight of you or heard your footsteps.
Thanks a million for your review.

Sorry I have such a phobia of even a house mouse. I pray I don't see one. My husband tries to take care of that. So true, they are probably more afraid of me. You are such a brave lady.

A good looking nature image posted here! Your fine and classical composition offers us an enjoyable view of that daring mouse. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Nicely done!

Susan, you feed so many and they must be so grateful, all your friends. This cute one just knows where to go, probably a regular and he doesn't have to work too hard for a meal. Thank you for sharing this. Ray

Omg! I hate rodents. I know some find them cute but not me. All in all with good available lighting. Good texture presented with the grate. Good focus and color. Aren't these creatures suppose to be nocturnal and here he is in the day time like he owns the place. Lol

Fred,
Merci beaucoup mille fois for your complementary review on this Wood Mouse, who would be under the decking if Jesse put just her nose outside the Patio door.

Mark,
Thanks a million for your complementary review on the the Wood Mouse.... it's a murid rodent native to Europe and northwestern Africa. It is closely related to the yellow-necked mouse but differs in that it has no band of yellow fur around the neck, has slightly smaller ears, and is usually slightly smaller overall: around 90 mm in length and 23 g in weight.
