This is a beautiful painting, artist friend. Memorable scenes like this never get old indeed. It looks like a hand-painted work. The sky is lovely. The distant foliage is fine as are the Bluebells on either side. And, that fence tops it off gorgeously.

Thanks Glena, I think other artists can appreciate other artists as they know what goes into a painting, much more so than a casual viewer.
They may just treat it as another snapshot and then move on.

This is a great rendition of the wild bluebonnets. They symbolize spring here in Texas.
It is always fun to see them begin to emerge marking our true spring, then almost all at once they're everywhere.
I love the fence running down the middle of this work.
It almost says to me that although fences are meant to divide and separate, bluebonnets don't care. ð???
