A beautiful picture of the two Mallard Ducks with their reflections seen on the glisteing surface of the water. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

Well first of all, you are fortunate to live in the canal and have ducks in your back yard!
I love ducks !The mottled ducks are beautiful and I like their reflections too.
Well focused, this image is clear, exposure is correct, colors and tones appear natural.
I think it is so peaceful to sit and watch the water birds.
The only thing I can suggest here is if there was a bit more room there on the right, I bet they were moving through the water pretty fast!
Still this is a nice image, it's a pleasure to view.

I love ducks !The mottled ducks are beautiful and I like their reflections too.
Well focused, this image is clear, exposure is correct, colors and tones appear natural.
I think it is so peaceful to sit and watch the water birds.

The reflection of the ducks is good and the clarity is spot on,but think the ducks would have been better on the left in this and i think trimming a tad of either the top or bottom would be better as well just to make them of centre....Brian

Excellent take of these two Mottled ducks. The reflection is grand.
For my eyes it is the water that gets my attention most. It appears almost solid - not frozen just like a glass plate.
Colors are natural in tone, vibrance & saturation.
Great earth tones and very well framed... Bob

I like how you captured the photo of the ducks swimming and even their reflection in the water. You definitely zoomed into a lovable natural peaceful scene. It almost feels like the ducks are two happy lovebirds on the water and that you are a natural pro when it comes to photography.

I am pretty impressed about the clarity of the reflections of these Mottled Ducks. They also look like a female mallard. I like how you have shown their habitat just the way it is, retaining its natural colors and without cleaning those elements in this canal. A pleasant scene, Aimee.

LOL, if it were not for the ripples behind the last duck, I would have thought they were stuck in ice!
The subjects are well placed in the frame and the reflection in the water makes the scene very interesting. A great shot for a reflection contest, good luck!

Very nice off center background division of the light and dark. This is a keeper. It draws the viewer in to inspect the different color values of the basically same duck while acknowledging the fact that the duck is just a little smaller and is therefore the female agreeing to follow the male. Priceless. Reasons for my five star vote.
