Your vividly brilliantly created portrait artwork, in my opinion, harkens back to the historical cultural 'Rosie the Riveter' World War II icon who represented the United States women who worked in factories and shipyards. Your 'Jane' could be the 21st Century descendant of 'Rosie the Riveter'.

This work makes my imagination run wild. Very well detailed with vibrant colors that represent Jane perfectly. With her great hair and a serious look on her face she is all dressed up for any mind blowing adventure. Great work that makes the imagination run wild.

Lovely lady you have here Mark. She looks like she just got off the third shift and has had enough and is ready to go home. You certainly have conveyed a feeling of realism. Your ability to create depth, warmth and dimension is very well done. I like all the detail that you put into this. The tools that are in the pockets of her overalls, her hard hat with the goggles and the radio in the background over there on the left, and of course all the gears, really shows you put a lot of thought into this. And of course , it's so expertly drawn that you wanna look at it over and over.

Hi Mark, That can't be Rosie the riveter, must be her granddaughter, all decked out in her red bibbed jeans, with a hex nut choker, the yellow hard hat and green goggles purely a fashion statement. I'll have to give you great color, great balance, great depth, eye appealing and all geared up. Ray

Darn Mark! I had to go in your portfolio and look up Red! I'd forgotten who she was! LOL Love the way jane has pockets in her work pants for her tools. Very clever, and just where she needs them to be. Looks like the day has taken a toll on Jane. She looks exhausted! I see you have her right by the gears like Red was. Nice job on creating the crew for the ship. Can't wait for their adventure to begin!!
