What a beautiful memorial to your loved one. It is amazing that you and grandmother had the same birth date and she passed on that date. She passed from one beloved life to another. You have beautiful memories and truly loved her, and she, you. I also like your newspaper like art including the white part that may mean a hole, hurt in the heart for the great loss. My deepest sympathy and prayers go with you.

May I suggest if you get the opportunity go to Walmart and buy one of their cheap scanners. Mostly all of them have blue tooth and it can link into you phone in case you don't have a computer. The scanner will give you a vast improvement to your presentation. Now onto the review. The facial is good. The details is good. The shading is good. Your getting better on your lettering. I used to do the same thing but may I suggest to look at font programs to use in your presentation. The computers font will give you a more professional presentation. Still this is creative and good job overall.

What a sweet story and beautiful sentiment. I can see that you are quite talented, but it is difficult for the viewer to make out the text on your artwork and it looks like the top of your piece has been cropped out of the picture. You might want to take another picture of your artwork (and repost it) that gives us a full view and a sharper, brighter image. Maybe put on more lights in the room when you take it. If this is framed in glass, be careful of reflections. This is so sweet, I would love to see it again.
