Another wonderfu abstract. I am fascinated by all the complexity of the Universe. This painting reminds me of the unknow and chaos of the space we live in. I think the monotone adds to the mistique as it becomes all about shapes and patterns. Well done.

Allan, thank you for the wonderful review, rating and your thoughts of the universe. I did this with a palette knife and I kept it mono chrome because I didn't think color would add to the point of it all. I am grateful for all your thoughts and input it helps me quite a bit. Ray

Beautiful artwork with the space unknown and little scary for the new explores.
The warm glow interrupting the darkness and nicely balanced presentation!

The way you've painted the light against dark here is stunning! The interplay of shadows and highlights creates such a rich, immersive depth. A fine-looking abstract work that lends itself to many interpretations. Well done!

Sesha thank you for your wonderful review. You certainly understand that art is an illusion, nothing more or less. Thank you for the breath of fresh air. Ray

What you see in art is your interpretation. Art is an illusion and not a slice of reality such as a photograph. The best way to interpret art is to enjoy the colors, design, the depth created, the feelings you perceive and appreciate the illusion. Enjoy the whole picture. Art is created to be enjoyed by others. If you enjoy it, thats great just include why. No need to qualify your answers ( but could be wrong ). I am glad you enjoyed this illusion. thank you for your fine review. Ray

Ray, on the face of it this a lovely piece of art considering the colors and the motion shown here. However, I am not expert enough to read into the meaning of the image.

Michele, thank you for your fine review. All art is an illusion and why you like it is valid and personal. You don't have to be an expert to enjoy art's illusions. Ray

This is a very interesting abstract piece of art. I really like the contrasting colors and shapes, though I can't define what any of them are, it is still quite interesting. They all seem to work together harmoniously and make for a very surrealistic presentation.

Aimee, Art is an illusion with varying degrees of abstraction. Art can give the impression of reality but it is not real. If you want real take a photograph and you approach reality. Thank you for your wonderful review I am so glad you enjoyed it.

This is really cool. I love how you captured the light and the shadow. It almost looks like a skull coming unraveled. The colors are great. Thank you for sharing.
