What a nice vibrant colourful shot. The Flowers are well rendered and the sot is nicely exposed, The blacks are black and the whites are white so a good colour balance.
You said you had sharpened the image a little, My critique is that if you look at the flowers, where you have the strong contrast between the bright colour and the background some of them have a black halo. The large pink flower to the left of centre , at the top of the petals. The pink one just above centre, just on the left hand side of the petals..
I think this is a nice image but 'just a little "over cooked, Sometimes less is more, when making colour adjustments I recommend using single figures very rarely are large adjustments worth it as you start to introduce artifacts or colour aberrations into the image.

Another Pentax user! Great photo! A shame that the flower in the lower left hand corner wasn't in bloom - it would have balanced the photo a bit. Great colors, focus and depth of field along with great framing/composition. Great photo!
