What a gem this deep ruby colored house nestled against the snow covered mountain is. What I love about your work is your wonderful eye for composition and contrasts how things are echoed in color and texture as the turquoise looking object to the left with the shadows of chimney and shadows of snow on the mountain or complements as the golden browns of the fence with the trees to either side of the house. Love reading about your adventures in how you got your shot. This as the last is awesome work, and I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to reviewed it.

Hi LowRider. I do not know what to rate, your beautiful picture or great story I did read. Well, I think I am better with photography, so I can say that I love that picture. Lot's of details, great landscape and cute house. Only thing I would change is that white, overexposed snow on bottom part - I would crop it, not completely but some. Senn, www.sencar.hr

You really live a full life!! I like the fact that you have stories behind some of your work. The fact that you live your photography and get real involved with life is just amazing. Most people would just shoot the house and go on....you asked permission and now you have one more friend and story to have about lifes little odditys.....the story alone is worth 10 stars and the shot is excellently done!!!!

This is beautiful.... the red house stand in the snow... and a mountain behind it. I really love the green roof and the red of the house... so pretty to go along with the white snow.

Nice story and very nice photograph..looks like somewhere I want to live except that I want my house to be on a beach with palm trees, warm breezes and bikini clad women walking by.....ok this doesn't look like any place I want to live...lol.

Beautiful shot! The house siting against the snow draped mountain is gorgeous.The colors are beautiful. The white snow and the green of the trees with red of the building, the yellows in the trees and fence seem to show Mother Nature know s what she is doing and you got picked to show us. Well done!
